The room was spacious with a smart TV and plenty of cups to choose from. The breakfast was delicious and offered many different choices. The location was very convenient and easy to access.
The staff lacked enthusiasm and weren't very flexible. The cleaning staff didn't pay attention to detail and I had to ask for things to be replenished daily.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The staff was helpful and kind, making my experience even better. Additionally, the hotel facilities were on point, especially the Toto Japanese style toilets! The location is super convenient too, close to many restaurants and walkable to the nearest subway station. Lastly, breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices.
Nothing to fault, my stay was perfect!

Luxurious amenities, attentive staff and authentic Japanese experience
We recently stayed at a hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities provided. The White Company toiletries, plush slippers and TOTO Japanese toilet were a rare treat. The decor was authentically Japanese, with attention to detail in every corner. The staff were attentive and one of them, Chili, was especially helpful with our requests. Sleeping on a comfortable bed and using the Malin + Goetz toiletries was truly an indulgent experience.
Although the room had large windows with open views, it was relatively small for the price and needed more cleaning attention. We noticed visible dust on the sink taps and rusty water boiler, which was unexpected in a new hotel.

The housekeeping staff needs more attention to detail. Rust stains were discovered, and there was visible dust on some surfaces.
